Lab Reserach Overview
The mission of our proteomics lab is to provide collaborators the opportunity to take advantage of next-generation mass spectrometers and software platforms to perform TMT-labeled/ label-free quantitative proteomics.

Interactomes
Identifying potential protein interaction partners through characterizing protein interactomes

Post-Translational Modifications
Identifying post-translational modifications (PTMs) and measuring changes in their abundance following cellular treatments, in disease models using cells or animals, as well as in tissue samples from healthy individuals compared to those with disease

Proteomes
Profiling protein abundance changes across entire proteomes, from either cell culture systems, animal models, or human studies
